you for in-home consultations. We want to make sure we find the
right nanny for your family, so, we come to your home and meet
your family. We consider this a very important part of our

We offer a 1-year Placement Service Guarantee. This means if the
nanny we place with you does not work out to your satisfaction,
we will find a suitable replacement of your choice at no
additional agency fee. Also, if the caregiver is absent for any
reason and you try to give at least 24-hours notice, we will
find a replacement for that time period so you don't lose time
from work. We offer the best service guarantee in town. We have

How long does the process take?
Idealistically, one should allow allow 2 to 6 weeks for this;
however, we do have adequate applicants available for work
sooner if need be.
Where do you find these applicants?
Our applicants find us via personalized searches for individual
families and their needs. We network with other organizations,
as well as referrals from families that no longer need their
caregivers. Some of our nannies come to us via word-of-mouth
from other nannies.
What kind of backgrounds do they have?
Our nannies' backgrounds mostly consist of experience working
with children in private home settings or licensed card
facilities that are age appropriate. Some others come from
college or university education programs. Most caregivers have
at least two years of credible child care experience.
What kind of screening do you do?
Our background checks include local and state criminal checks,
nationwide warrants, and DMV and SS verification. A
pre-employment background check is done on all applicants. All
clients have the right to see results of background checks.

How do we start the process?
A representative from the company will come to your home to discuss your specific needs or if you prefer, we can schedule a phone assessment instead. We will establish your personal nanny / housekeeper
expectation contract and schedule times convenient to you for
applicant interviews to take place.

| Criminal Background Information |
All applicants can be pre-screened and
pre-qualified for potential employment. (call or email us for details).
A very comprehensive and detailed work
history is compiled on all applicants before they are
presented to our custom clients. We can also provide you with any gaps of
time between jobs. Character reference checks can be done on all
applicants as well, and you are provided with the results of all
background information.
Local / county background checks are
conducted before you interview anyone. If you are interested in
hiring an individual, a more complete criminal background check
will be completed.
Types of criminal background checks that
are available:
Includes county the applicant currently resides. Reflects
arrests made in the local area.
2) State. Includes entire state of NC. It
reflects any convictions an individual has against him/herself
in this state.
3) Nationwide wants and warrants. This reflects
any arrests or outstanding warrants or convictions a person may
have against them in the U.S.
4) Equifax. This is used to confirm a person's
identity, correct address and name. It will reflect any aliases
used by an individual.
