We will need to know certain personal information, including your name, mail address, email address, phone number, and credit card information This information allows us to register you in our database and to perform agreed to billing functions.

When you submit an application, partial or complete, as an employer or as a nanny, your information will be stored in our database. The storage of this information allows you to return with your valid password and quickly renew your account without having to complete your entire profile again.

We may occasionally send you emails regarding our services. You can unsubscribe from these emails by following the links provided in our emails, but by visiting our unsubscribe page. Unsubscribing will not remove you from notifications that you may receive while an active member of our service.

When collecting any required credit card information with us, we protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input to prevent eavesdropping.
